For Family Reunions

Reunion gifts your family will pass down

Hand-engraved tumblers, cutting boards, and heirloom plaques that carry the surname, the year, and the place — kept on kitchen counters long after the reunion ends.

Why the reunion gift is the one your family actually keeps

A family reunion runs on months of planning — the venue booked, the menu argued over, the cousins wrangled in from three states. The t-shirt vendor prints a hundred shirts that get worn once and end up in a drawer. The gifts that stay out are the ones with the surname engraved into the wood: the cutting board on the welcome table, the tumbler with each cousin's name, the family tree plaque the matriarch takes home and hangs in her hallway.

Cool Beams produces every piece by hand in our Georgetown, Texas studio. We take reunion inquiries directly, quote bulk pricing across the full order (tumblers plus coasters plus a centerpiece), and ship most orders within 2–5 business days from design approval. When the reunion date is fixed, we prioritize rush work to make it. Local pickup in Georgetown is available for Central Texas families.

We design for the whole gathering — a signature centerpiece for the welcome table, per-attendee keepsakes each guest takes home, and an annual series piece for reunions that meet every year.

Built around how a reunion actually unfolds

A good reunion gift plan isn't one item — it's a small set that covers the day from arrival to the drive home:

  • The welcome-table centerpiece — the surname cutting board, the family tree plaque, or the Texas-shape board that sets the tone the moment guests walk in and becomes the anchor of the group photo.
  • The per-attendee keepsake — individually named tumblers or wine glasses at each place setting. Cousins find their name, and the gift goes home with them that night.
  • The bulk guest favor — coasters, bottle openers, or keychains engraved with the surname, location, and year. Lower per-unit cost, one per household, sent home in the goodie bag.
  • The elder's honor gift — a decanter set or heirloom plaque presented to the matriarch or patriarch during the toast. The moment everyone remembers.
  • The annual series — for reunions that meet every year, a numbered tumbler ('Year 1', 'Year 2', 'Year 3') that families collect across gatherings.

We'll quote the full plan together and bulk-discount across the order. Priority shipping nationwide, or pickup in Georgetown.

How it works

  1. 1. Tell us about the reunion

Share the surname, the reunion date and location, an approximate headcount, and any regional or heritage touches (Texas outline, established year, family motto).

  2. 2. We quote in tiers

You'll get a bulk quote across the full plan — centerpiece plus per-attendee pieces plus favors — with per-unit pricing at a few volume tiers. No deposit yet.

  3. 3. Approve the proof

We send a digital proof for every engraved design — surname, dates, name spellings, Texas outline placement. Nothing is engraved until you sign off.

  4. 4. We produce and review

Every piece is hand-engraved in our Georgetown studio and reviewed before it ships. Most reunion orders ship in 2–5 business days from proof approval; rush work available around fixed reunion dates.

  5. 5. Ship or pick up

Priority shipping nationwide, or local pickup in Georgetown, TX. We can also drop-ship separately packaged bulk favors ready for the goodie bag.

If you have something specific in mind that's not listed, mention it in your inquiry — we can usually accommodate it.

Common questions

Do you offer bulk pricing across mixed orders?
Yes. We quote the full reunion plan together — for example, 40 named tumblers plus 60 coasters plus one centerpiece board — and apply bulk pricing across the whole order rather than per SKU. Send us the surname, headcount, and pieces you're considering and we'll come back with tiered pricing.
Our reunion date is fixed. Can you meet it?
Usually, yes. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days from proof approval, and we prioritize rush work when a reunion date can't move. Reach out with the date up front and we'll confirm whether we can hit it before you commit.
Can we see a proof before you engrave?
Always. Every engraved design — surname, established year, Texas outline placement, individual name spellings on per-attendee pieces — goes to you as a digital proof first. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
We meet every year. Can we reorder the same design annually?
That's one of our favorite patterns. We keep your family's design file on record and reproduce the same tumbler or plaque with the updated year each reunion — many families collect a numbered series across gatherings.
Do you ship, or can we pick up in Georgetown?
Both. We ship nationwide via UPS and FedEx, and Central Texas families are welcome to pick up in Georgetown. For bulk favors we can also package each piece individually so they're goodie-bag ready when you receive them.
