How a custom order works

  1. Tell us about it

    Send the occasion, rough quantity, your timeline, and any ideas — names, dates, a logo, even a sketch. There's no wrong way to start.

  2. We quote it

    You get options in a couple of budget tiers, with mockups where they help. No account, no deposit yet.

  3. You approve the design

    We send a digital proof of anything custom — artwork, layout, coordinates — and don't engrave a thing until you love it.

  4. We make it

    We hand-engrave each piece in our Georgetown studio and check it before it leaves. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days of approval — or pick up locally.
